Delhi and other cities in north India are literally choking on the air we breathe. Today, Delhi is one of the most polluted cities in the world and has crossed 900 in its air quality index while Beijing is only 112 AQI. Schools have now been shut in Delhi, Punjab and parts of UP till Monday. As Delhi chokes, AAP, Congress and BJP are passing the buck.
