Delhi's 'ambulance couple', Himanshu and Twinkle Kalia, ferry the ill to hospital, fetch medicines, arrange funerals and sometimes, step in to perform last rites too. The journey to help people began in 2002 when 14-year-old Himanshu Kalia was unable to take his father to the hospital on time as a result of which his father slipped into coma.
