The day was organised by workers of the Binational Lake Titicaca Special Project (PEBLT) with the support of young people from the Environmental Volunteer CLIP Latin America group. The head of the Binational Special Lake Titicaca Project, Adan Quisocala, said some people continue to throw garbage into the lake.
