Dettol Banega Swasth India Maternal And Child Health Tech Accelerator: Supporting Groundbreaking Solutions In Healthcare

Reckitt has partnered with PATH-CHRI to launch the Dettol Banega Swasth India Tech Accelerator, empowering innovation for maternal and child health

Reckitt, in collaboration with PATH and the Centre for Health Research and Innovation (CHRI), has launched the Dettol Banega Swasth India Maternal & Child Health Tech Accelerator. This initiative aims to develop innovative healthcare solutions focused on maternal and child health in India.

Sharing his vision, Ravi Bhatnagar, Communications and Corporate Affairs Director, South Asia, MENARP and Africa, Reckitt, said, "This initiative is about transforming bold ideas into scalable, real-world solutions that reach the last mile strengthening systems, improving lives, and supporting India's journey toward a healthier, more equitable future."

This initiative focuses on improving healthcare access and quality during the first 1,000 days of a child's life, a crucial period for development. The programme invites India's brightest innovators to develop solutions that reach underserved communities and make a real impact.

On 15-16 September, innovators from across India took the stage at the Dettol Banega Swasth India - Maternal and Child Health Tech Accelerator, powered by Reckitt and PATH-CHRI. Innovators presented their ideas, gaining exposure to industry leaders and health experts.

With these innovative solutions, healthcare delivery is expected to improve significantly, resulting in healthier moms and kids, fostering a more robust and healthier nation.

The focus is on 500 aspirational blocks, where high maternal and child mortality rates highlight the urgent need for innovative interventions.

The top five winning innovations will be recognised and awarded during the launch of Dettol Banega Swasth India Season 12 on October 2.
