Enthralling Performances From The NDTV-Dettol Banega Swasth India Lakshya – Sampoorn Swasthya Ka Telethon

From dancers to singers, multiple artists came together on the launch of the NDTV-Dettol Banega Swasth India season 9 and gave mesmerising performances through the day.

The season nine of the NDTV-Dettol Banega Swasth India campaign is focused on the theme of ?Lakshya - Sampoorn Swasthya Ka'. At the 12-hour telethon, organised for the launch of season 9, Playback Singer Javed Ali performed the campaign anthem and gave the message of building a holistic healthy India for all. The anthem has been penned by Prasoon Joshi and composed by Shantanu Moitra.

Kavita Seth, Singer and Member of Karwaan Group enthralled the viewers of the NDTV-Dettol Banega Swasth India's Lakshya - Sampoorn Swasthya Ka 12-hour Telethon with her melodious voice. Ms Seth performed two of her songs - Jeete Hain Chal To Rangi Saari.

Rapper and Performer Ugen Namgyal Bhutia (UNB) performed at the NDTV-Dettol Banega Swasth India's Lakshya - Sampoorn Swasthya Ka 12-hour telethon. UNB's raps were based on inclusivity, catering to the North-East.

Rais Khan Project has composed folk songs for Dettol Banega Swasth India campaign, as part of India's first music album on hygiene. At the Lakshya - Sampoorn Swasthya Ka Telethon, Rais Khan, Percussionist and Folk Musician, along with his band performed some of the songs from the music album and gave the message of handwashing with soap and hygiene.

At the launch of the season of the NDTV-Dettol Banega Swasth India campaign, Palak Muchhal, Playback Singer, National Award Winner and Guinness World Record Holder performed some of her songs. The melodious voice and the popular Bollywood songs added colours to the event.

Reckitt is teaching children about health and hygiene through comic books and the iconic character Chacha Chaudhary. At the NDTV-Dettol Banega Swasth India's Lakshya - Sampoorn Swasthya Ka telethon, Jaaved Jaaferi, Actor, Producer, Choreographer and Voice Artist, read a story from Reckitt's comic book and enacted multiple characters.

Singer and Songwriter Aastha Gill performed two of her hit songs - Tera Buzz Mujhe Jeene Na De and Naagin - at the launch of the season nine of the NDTV-Dettol Banega Swasth India campaign. A 12-hour telethon 'Lakshya - Sampoorn Swasthya Ka' was organised to celebrate the new season and discuss various pillars of the campaign.

Mika Singh, Singer, Composer, and Actor brings his energy to the NDTV-Dettol Banega Swasth India's Lakshya - Sampoorn Swasthya Ka 12-hour telethon with his enthralling performance. Mika performs a bunch of his hits songs and gets everyone grooving.

Rhythms of Manipur, a music band from the state of Manipur gave a fervent performance on the stage of Lakshya - Sampoorn Swasthya Bharat Ka telethon. Interestingly, the musical instruments the use are completely biodegradable which means no plastic and no waste burden on the planet earth.

Kailash Kher, Padma Shri Awardee and Musician set the mood with his euphonious voice and songs at the NDTV-Dettol Banega Swasth India's Lakshya - Sampoorn Swasthya Ka 12-hour telethon.

Meet Bros - Manmeet Singh and Harmeet Singh - an Indian musical duo from Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, start a party at the launch of season 9 of the NDTV-Dettol Banega Swasth India with their songs 'Party To Banti Hai' and 'High Heels Te Nache'.

Dancer, Choreographer and Television Judge, Dharmesh paid a tribute to Amitabh Bachchan on the sets of Lakshya - Sampooran Swasthya Ka. From Shava Shava to Rock N Roll, Dharmesh performed on some of the iconic songs of Mr Bachchan and made Mr Bachchan shake a leg.

Saving the best for the last, the 12-hour Banega Swasth India telethon ended with an electrifying performance by choreographer Ganesh Acharya.
