Delhi's air pollution woes might intensify during the onset of winter but the unhealthy air quality is an all-year-round phenomenon, which was broken by the COVID-19 induced lockdown last year. The Centre for Science and Environment (CSE), a Delhi based think tank lays down the steps that the capital city needs to take for more than 60 per cent cut in the annual PM2.5 concentration from the current levels, to be no longer harmful to people's health.
