In order to habit of recycling among people, Raipur came out with an innovative concept. The city celebrated Swachhta by organising a garbage fest from January 19 – January 22. The main goal of Kachra Mahotsav was to guide people on waste management, a concept that is yet to take off in India. Here are the glimpses of India's first ever garbage fest.
