Kailash Satyarthi, Nobel Laureate said that it is important to use the COVID-19 crisis to take some bold and innovative steps to fix the healthcare system in the country. In preparation for the third wave, Mr. Satyarthi said that it is important to dedicate a hospital in every district for treating children that will have manpower who are specialists in treating ailments of children, which can then extend beyond COVID-19 pandemic as well. Mr. Satyarthi reaffirmed the need to revamp the existing healthcare system and make health a fundamental right.
