The Prime Ministers thrust on a 'Swachh Bharat' has caught the international imagination. For the second time India was chosen to host the 14th world toilet summit organised by the World Toilet Organisation along with Ministry of Urban Development in Delhi. While the Modi government is determined to make India open defecation free by constructing 100 million toilets in the next five years what remains crucial is how the Swachh Bharat slogan will galvanise local communities into action.
