Earlier this month, the actor requested everyone to religiously follow waste segregation and curb India’s growing waste. He said that if each and every citizen of India starts segregating their waste then we can save 50-60 per cent of the household waste going into city’s garbage mountain – the landfills and in turn save India from drowning in its own garbage.

These short videos by the Bollywood icon have been released at the time when all the 4,041 cities of India are undergoing India’s biggest cleanliness survey – the Swachh Survekshan 2018, which started on January 4, and will continue till March 10. Under this pan-India survey, all the cities in the country will be assessed on their cleanliness quotient.
